The seal ring installed in the groove forms outward tension under spring pressure to bond the sealing lip to the sealing groove and achieves sealing ranging from vacuum to low pressure through the permanent supply of elasticity from the spring to the sealing lip to make up for wear of the seal housing and eccentricity of coordinated parts. In addition, the system pressure will help energy accumulation of the spring to achieve high-pressure sealing since the greater the pressure, the better bonding between the sealing lip and the groove.
The seal rings are applicable in temperature ranging from -200°C to +260°C for sealing of almost all liquids, chemicals and gases.
The seal rings incorporate most of advantages of plastics: resistant to impact, high & low- temperature, wear and chemical corrosion and self-lubricating.
